Five years at Saks Fifth Avenue was a masterclass in what luxury brand marketing actually requires: taste, precision, an instinct for what moves affluent consumers, and the operational discipline to deliver flawlessly at every touchpoint.

I joined in 2015 as Marketing Director for the Boston flagship, part of the senior leadership team for a $100M+ business. In 2018 I was promoted to Area Marketing Director, adding Columbus. In 2019 I relocated to New York as Director, Events and Experiential, taking on national partnership and event strategy.

In New York, I produced fine jewelry events and VIP experiences with some of the world's most prestigious brands — Bulgari, Chopard, Graff — working directly with high-net-worth clientele to deepen relationships and drive personal sales. I designed and executed a co-branded partnership with American Express Platinum and Centurion that acquired 1,200 new HNW clients through a two-tier model: a promotional offer for Platinum cardholders at scale, paired with intimate curated experiences for Centurion members including exclusive designer access and private celebrity events.

The through-line across all five years was building experiences that made people feel something — and then converting that feeling into lasting brand relationships. That meant understanding not just what affluent consumers respond to, but what they remember, what they tell their friends, and what brings them back.
